Reviews policy

We want reviews of our work to be honest and useful. This policy follows the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 rules on fake and misleading reviews.

• We ask every customer for a review, not just the ones we think will be positive.
• We never write, buy or pay for reviews, and we don't offer incentives for them.
• We don't hide, remove or edit negative reviews. We reply to them where it helps.
• Any review shown on this website will be genuine, with its source and date, and will match what's on the original platform.
• We don't show star ratings that we can't back up with real reviews.
